Oniverse is an Italian multibrand company founded in 1986 by Sandro Veronesi, who remains the President and majority stakeholder. Over the past three decades, Oniverse has experienced consistent growth in revenue and expansion, creating successful products and brands, and strengthening its position in international fashion retail markets.

The company manages the entire product lifecycle—from design to production in proprietary factories, to worldwide distribution. Today, Oniverse offers its collections exclusively through over 5,600 single-brand stores, either directly owned or franchised, across 57 countries.

Oniverse's brand portfolio includes Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Tezenis, Falconeri, Atelier Emé, and Antonio Marras. The company is also active in the food and wine sector through brands like Signorvino, Tenimenti Leone, Podere Guardia Grande, and La Giuva. Additionally, following the acquisition of Cantiere del Pardo, Oniverse has expanded into the nautical sector with brands such as Grand Soleil Yachts, Pardo Yachts, and VanDutch Yachts.

The company's distribution network reaches consumers via boutiques and stores in major cities worldwide, including Milan, Rome, Paris, London, Moscow, Barcelona, Dubai, Hong Kong, New York, São Paulo, Shanghai, and Tokyo. Notably, 66% of the Group's stores are located outside of Italy.
